I gave specific instructions that the pickup was in Nassau Bay the day before our flight, but the distracted woman on the phone told the driver League City. Needless to say, after two phone calls from him much later than the pick up time, we drove to the airport so we wouldn't be late. We were lucky to make our flight since we had to park the car. I will never use this company again as the dispatcher quality was poor. I've had taxi services call about 30 min prior to pick up to confirm. This would have helped. Sorry service and no call from the company. So much for the "easy" way to come and go from an airport.
