I recently ordered a taxi for a early ride to the airport. Based on the review, I was a little worried. I called their customer service several times to make sure that they will have a car for me and it will be on time. Every time the staff are very patient and professional. On the day of appointment, a car was waiting for me a few minutes before the scheduled time. I am happy with their service.

Booked over an hour ago, I've called several times since and they still haven't even sent a driver. Worst cab experience I've ever had. How can this company be in business. I strictly using uber from now on.
