Unreliable- Affordable Taxi in Jackson TN

Today, May 20, 2014: My daughter scheduled yesterday, a pick up for 5:45am for this morning to be driven to MKL airport. Your driver never showed up! And no one answered the phone! (They DO NOT have 24 hr answering service as advertised). A gracious neighbor got her to the airport on time. Affordable Taxi Service in Jackson TN can not be counted on. Unfortunately, this is the only taxi service in Jackson TN. MKL airport is a 12 minute drive and thank goodness for an early rising neighbor or she would never had made her flight. I've since learned many poor reviews on this company on various other sites. There is no other company in Jackson, she even tried 411. A new company should definitely consider starting a service in Jackson TN.
