Cab 517 was phenomenal. It was a unseasonably frigid night, I was stranded because I ran out of gas in the outskirts of northeastern Rockville. I would have had to walk at least 3 miles in 20 degree weather to a gas station which was open at that hour. The parking lot of the business where I stopped in front of so, I couldn't wait there for a ride. After I was unsuccessful reaching somebody to pick me up and bring me to the nearest gas station, I called Barwood Taxi. The driver arrived within the time the dispatcher quoted, of 20-30 minutes. He called just confirm my location and that he would be able to find me in the parking lot. He was efficient, friendly, and professional. He understanding that I was cold, tired, frustrated, and just wanted to get back on the road as soon as possible.
