10:15am - called to request a cab to pick us up from our hotel. Was told it'd take approximately 10-15 minutes for one to arrive. 10:45am - called again & was told it'd be just another 5-6 minutes. 11:15am - called to cancel. I asked if they didn't have enough cabs; rep said they just had a lot of calls. Disappointed in customer service. Should've said upfront it would be awhile, so I had the option to call another company.
