The out-of-State driver made dangerous lane changes in heavy traffic on the Hutchinson Parkway North (Bronx, NY) on the evening of April 30, 2013. The driver cut me (and my family) off by cutting into my lane without any turning signal or other indication. I literally had to hit my brakes and swerve almost to the highway curve to avoid a collision. He showed no regard in his continuing driving ahead where he again cut into a lane recklessly further north. Before exiting the Pkwy, I was able to get close enough for my wife to take down his car info. I am fortunate to be a fully alert driver and avoid a senseless car accident with someone who doesn't belong on the road, let alone a 'professional' driver for a car service.
