I called at 530am.. and still no one can pick up the call or ticket.. i work in the med center..and though if i called early enough i could get to work on time.. its taking them 45 min to send a taxi.. and you can only call 1 # .

I asked for a taxi p/u 1:40p to get less than 7 miles down the road at 12pm. I called to verify @1:40 waiting in the cold and was told 20-30 minutes. I work where people often need taxis and I will keep this in mind. I guess my fare wasn't enough to even give me a call.
