I've used this taxi service 4 times now while I've lived in Huntsville for a year. They seem to be the only service around, which is bad. Each time there is at least an hours wait. So this morning I call in for service at an appointed time because I have a meeting. I was told to call back when it was the time I needed to be picked up. That's a bit retarded because it will take them an hour to get to me even though almost everywhere you go in Huntsville area is 20-25 minutes. I call back 20 minutes later and guess what! No answer, 10 rings and no one answers. There is business to be had with a better taxi service so if you're doing that in an area close to Huntsville, maybe branch out and help the people here who really need to be able to get around when they need to be places. Reliable Cab isn't reliable.
