This Cab Company for New Britain, CT is HORRIBLE! I waited for 4 hours for a Taxi that NEVER came, they never called to inform me on anything and everytime I called they could never give me a time. Simply stated "we have no vehicles right now, we will call and keep you updated" 4 hours I called 4times they NEVER called and a taxi NEVER showed. Agents had nasty attitudes.
