Called for a cab and when I tried to explain to dispatch that there would be two pick ups and where they were she tried to send two cabs....tried to explain to her again that I only needed one cab for 2 pickups she hung up on me....waited 45 minutes no cab called back, the cab was NEVER dispatched....the guy said he would dispatch a cab had no idea how long it would take....seriously? I've already sat here 45 mins...he proceeds to tell me it could be a few hrs or longer...said forget it...My friend calls not 5 minutes after me( the other pickup for this fare) and was picked up in 10 minutes....Blind leading the blind as far as customer service goes....thank god your drivers can see....
